The terms of cancellation are governed by the policy as outlined in your signed contract in the section entitled CANCELLATION POLICY.
Each party’s performance shall be excused during the period of any “condition of force majeure”. The term “condition of force majeure” shall mean an unforeseeable event which is beyond the control of the parties and that makes it impossible or illegal for such a party to perform its obligations hereunder (ie: such as fire, flood, earthquake, storm, explosion, acts of God, acts of any government or agency thereof, judicial action, strike, or lockout of a collective bargaining unit or civil or labor disturbance). In no event shall any weather related condition causing transportation difficulties be considered a condition of force majeure. An event cancelled due to a condition of force majeure shall be re scheduled, if at all possible, as soon as practical, once the period of any condition of force majeure has passed.
All deposits are non-refundable. The deposit may be paid with certified check or major credit card. Please see setup and service or financial section of your contract for your schedule of payments.
Unless otherwise noted on the contract, the balances of the event charges are due at the conclusion of the event, and are payable by cash or credit card. Garces gift cards are not accepted as payment for special events. If you are paying via Purchase Order, the Purchase order certificate is due to your sales coordinator no later than 2 business days prior to your scheduled event as indicated on this event order.
